Healthy Pancakes with Strawberries and Chocolate Drizzle (vegetarian)

For Pancakes:

-3/4 cups of rolled oats “flour” (blend oats in a blender until flour-like consistency)

-1/4 tsp baking powder

-1 egg

-1/2 cup of almond milk (or preferred milk)

-1 tsp of matcha powder

For chocolate sauce:

-1 tbsp of honey

-1 tbsp of cacao powder

-1/2 to 1 tbsp of almond milk (depending on the consistency you would like for it to be)

 

Just mix all the pancake ingredients together and your batter is all set to make pancakes with! I just put a tsp of coconut oil in a pan and start pouring it on.  I wait about 5 minutes on each side, and leave my stove on medium heat. Time to cook per side depends on how hot you have your stove, so I usually just wait until the bottom of the pancake is hard and isn’t sticking to the pan anymore, and then I flip them over and let them cook on the other side. Ezpz.
