PB and Cacao Oatmeal

Made with Rolled Oats, Almond Milk, 100% Cacao, Peanut Butter, and topped with Cacao Nibs, Honey, and Hemp seeds!

-almond milk, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and cacao were unsweetened.

Oatmeal is one of the best go-to breakfast ideas IMO. It has definitely helped with my weight management since it keeps me full for half the day. And there’s so many different ways to make it.

Benefits of eating Oats:

  1. They keep your heart happy and healthy.
  2. Keep your blood pressure low (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition)
  3. High in nutrients and fiber.
  4. Etc.

The reason the health benefits information above is so vague is because I’m planning on making a whole separate section for foods and their specifics (nutrients, calories, what diseases it helps with, etc), and where I got my information from. So just stay tuned 🙂
